After his service in the U.S. Army, David moved back to his home state of Oregon to work as head technician at a Portland based HVAC cleaning company for several years. Having family in Central Oregon, and a love of sunshine, lakes and the mountains, David moved to Bend in the winter of 1998 to launch Guarantee Air Duct
Cleaning.

Due to dissatisfaction with the cleaning results provided by existing cleaning equipment, David designed a new duct cleaning system and launched RamAir International, Inc. in 2007 to manufacture the innovative equipment. He began using his RamAir system at Guarantee Air Duct Cleaning and was immediately met with rave reviews, which caught the attention of some of the country’s leading cleaning experts and led to international adoption of the technology. Today, David is considered one of the world’s leading experts in HVAC duct cleaning and restoration, with users of his system in every major city of the United States and 21 foreign countries.

In addition to actively running Guarantee Air Duct Cleaning in Bend, Oregon, David travels the world training professionals on the process of HVAC crime scene remediation, disaster restoration, meth and fentanyl decontamination and bioterrorism response. Companies travel from around the world to train at his facility in Bend, Oregon, and the top industry publications and organizations turn to David for information on these topics.

Nick Vaughn has had family ties in Bend all of his life and has been living here since graduating high school. Customers consistently note his exceptional customer service and efficiency on the job. In his free time, Nick enjoys skiing, fishing and spending time with his family and friends in beautiful Central Oregon. He frequently works Guarantee’s larger commercial jobs when he is not helping out residential customers in the community.

Christopher grew up in Minneapolis, MN, and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor, and holds a CPA Certificate from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy.

Christopher’s professional background includes 18 years as a Financial Analyst and Finance Manager with Honeywell and Boston Scientific. In 2015, he moved to Central Oregon and started his own accounting services business. Christopher’s warm character and strong organizational skills are a welcome addition to the Guarantee family.

Andrew is very passionate about technology, engineering, and product design. He loves mountaineering and hiking/backpacking deep into the wilderness. Andrew is also an aspiring music producer and audio engineer.

Sally Compton is a dedicated communications and marketing professional with an educational background in conservation biology, strategic marketing and business from Cornell University. She specializes in digital marketing, including social media, email, Google Ads and Analytics, and website management.

Sally splits her time between Guarantee and her full-time job at Think Wild, a non-profit wildlife hospital also based in Bend, Oregon.
